Megan was ready to feel strong again, look strong, but more importantly, feel strong.

Her work life was intense as an executive at a globally acquired, rapidly growing creative agency. Travel was required sometimes weekly, and when she was home, getting to and from a gym was not an option. Fitness memberships, like Orange Theory, had led to injury and were difficult to stick with.

Most significantly, Megan was a wife and mom to two boys under the age of eight, one of whom had a complex medical history that weighed heavily on her heart and mind.

When looking for a trainer, Megan knew what she didn’t want — a drill sergeant or an overly boisterous cheerleader.

She wasn’t her twenty-year-old, single self anymore. She was in her early 40’s. Her world had been rocked by the intensity of her son’s early years. Her day-to-day workload and schedule had made a healthy lifestyle seem impossible.

For Megan, regaining her strength meant prioritizing space to “workout.” She wanted a partner to hold her accountable and surround her with compassion. She wanted another mom, a woman who had high ambition and empathy.

Megan wanted someone to push her physically and encourage her to rest on days when her head took over her heart.

Starting with an at-home gym checklist and FaceTime call, Where You Are Fitness ensured Megan had a safe space and the right equipment to get the most out of each workout. Eating, sleeping, and lifestyle habits were discussed, and goals were put in motion to fuel the body’s ability to get the most out of her digital program.
