OUR STORY

The name Where You Are Fitness was born from my mission to meet you exactly where you are — at your fitness level, at your location, with your unique goals in mind. When you form a partnership with me, you get a coach to conveniently train you onsite where you are, or online wherever you go, so you stay consistent and get the health results you want.

Meet Cassie Mason

With an extensive background in biomechanics and human psychology, I know what it takes to optimize your fitness and health. As a business owner, and mother to 3 boys, I understand the importance of nourishing the whole-self in order to stay energized and motivated, and not burnout.

My oldest client is 85 and still hits the slopes. My youngest client is 34 and just birthed twins. I’ve trained a mix of men and women with different goals, fitness levels, and health conditions, so I’ve seen a lot.

The thing I’m most proud about as a trainer is that I’ve had the majority of my 1on1 clients for over 7 years. The only way to keep clients that long is to get results without getting injured, and to be compassionate and smart about the curve balls that life will throw our way.

Continuing my education is important to me and has enabled me to provide the highest level of service to my clients for the past 14 years.
