Cassie’s first-ever and foundational program is a strength-building program that requires three 45-60 minute workout sessions per week with a short mobility routine you can do daily. This program is designed with 2 Phases that each last 3 weeks and progress to build your foundation and get you stronger. Phase 1 introduces the foundational exercises. Phase 2 introduces a few variations to keep it fresh, but ensure you are improving. It is a six-week program from start to finish.

Power in Progressive Strength — How it Works!
To be completely honest, strength training can be boring at times. In order to get stronger, you have to perform the same exercises repeatedly to master the movement pattern and add more load! Each workout in this program is broken up into three complexes that have 2-3 exercises targeting different muscle groups. I create the workouts so you don’t get bored, but you feel a sense of accomplishment because the movement gets easier over time. Another tip… trying to lift weights for strength gains when you’re out of breath is a recipe for injury. We need adequate rest between each exercise so that you can give your best effort and get stronger.
Beauty in Full Body Mobility
The main priority of the program is completing the three strength workouts each week. Included in the program is a 10 minute full body routine that focuses on mobility and breathing that you can actually use everyday. Clients have reported that the mobility routine has improved their pain and helped their flexibility after just a few sessions.
You can think of the mobility routine as brushing your teeth every day. It's a simple, short routine; the more consistent you are, the less likely you are to avoid long-term problems later in life. The same idea applies to your mobility routine. It will help enhance your workout today, and in the long term, consistent flexibility and mobility work can help avoid injuries later in life.
