This Morning Routine Will Improve Your Mood

Less than 2 minutes.

When you start a new habit, it should take less than 2 minutes. You don’t need to have it all mapped out, you just need to practice. Improving your mood starts with improving your mindset. Practice shifting your mindset at the beginning of each day.

Take 3 deep breaths, touch your toes and reach over your head 3 times, and choose one word of the day. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
